Twist knot cup brushes are produced high quality oil hardened and tempered steel wires. The screwed types prevents the screw from turning independently from the brush in time. Twist knot cup brushes are generally used in hard works such as cleaning and making surface smooth. These brushes are also used by being attached to electrical, pneumatic devices and also to the spiral grinding machines used with hand or specially designed machines in works such as removing paints, clearing burr or beard, cleaning surface with weld. The period of brushing is lengthened by using supporting wires for shortened wires as the brush is used. Double twist knot cup brushes are able to brush larger surfaces in a more effective way.

Wire – Wire brushes are ideal for heavy duty applications such as deburring, parting line removal, weld cleaning and weld prep, descaling, rust and paint removal, pipeline fitting and seam cleaning, hose skiving and rubber flash removal, wire stripping, spot facing, and more. Finer wire can be used for polishing and texturing.
